THE BLESSINGS OF LIFE!

OKAY! So I feel terrible! I have been so busy that I just realized I haven't blogged for over a month and it is so sad because so much has happened! Our little family has had a lot of fun and exciting things happen! Anyhow... this is my lame attempt to catch you up on a few things!
First of all......
Many of you already know...but! We are having a baby! We are so so excited...now that I am past the sickness...knock on wood! The first little bit was pretty rough, but I know it will be worth it! I am about 14 weeks along. I am due on April 10...still a ways away, but it has flown by so far. We had so much fun telling our families. We had a pizza party with Beau's parents and had decorated the pizza with some baby things and also had baby paper plates and cups! It took a while for my father in law to pick up on it, but my mother in law new exactly what it meant! Then, we were off to tell my family, I had made some baby cupcakes and my family was having a back to school BBQ and were supposed to bring something to share. A few minutes into the BBQ we had a good friend of ours deliver a balloon bouquet and the cupcakes! It was awesome! My sister flipped! I think we could have won America's Funniest Home Videos! She grabbed me and screamed while jumping up and down over and over and bawling! Needless to say...both families are very excited!

Then we were off for the Eddie Labor Day Campout! It was a lot of fun to see all the family and spend time with them. We were able to give each other pedicures, relax, eat good good food, and play games.

Then it was off to UTAH for the UPS softball tournament. My brother in law Evan asked Beau to come play with them. We had a lot of fun spending the night in the hotel with their family and then off to the ball fields. We spent the day watching our hubbies do really well! They ended up playing in the championship and took 2nd place. Way to go babe!

Well to top off some of what we have been up to...I had a wonderful birthday and was completely spoiled by many! Many family and friends made special efforts to bring sweet cards, gifts, and take me out! I had a blast! Thank you to all that made my birthday a memorable one! I was spoiled by my sweetheart and I really appreciate all he does to make me feel special. My mom and dad, sister, in laws, sis in laws, friends, work friends, ward, EVERYONE and EVERYTHING! I can't believe 24 years have passed! I am so grateful for all that I have right now and I am truly happy and blessed. I can't wait to find out what our little baby will be! We have already gotten to hear the heartbeat and it was amazing! I feel like it's a boy, but we will see if mother's intuition is right! Thank you to all my closest friends and family for all your support and happiness for Beau and I and our growing little family! Your excitement, love, and support means so much! I have truly been busy, but learned so much about life's blessings...I have learned so much about myself and the kind of people I enjoy surrounding myself with. This is my cute cake that work surprised me with while singing! I tried to take pictures of all my gifts, and I couldn't YOU ALL SPOILED ME!!!

  1. Camie I am so excited for you! Being pregnant is awesome. Well, at least when you aren't feeling sick. My magic number was 16 weeks and then I felt great! I totally thought we were having a boy, but it turns out she isn't a boy at all :) So maybe your mother's intuition is a little stronger then mine! Hope you continue to be this happy and feel well throughout your pregnancy! It is the greatest!

  7. Cami, the nausea may be caused by too many sugar cookies! LOL. You are a doll and even though I am old enough to be your mother I'm glad we are cousins!
