Girls Camp, A Dead Deer, Boating, and the OUR GREAT LUCK!!!

Well this last little while has been CRAZY!!! Here are a few experiences that we have had the last week! I started with girls camp til 2 AM Friday Morning....Then left for Bear Lake a few hours later.....the deer....the tree....AHHHHHH! Read all the DETAILS!!!!
GIRLS CAMP!
We had such a wonderful time! I loved getting to know the other leaders more and also the girls, the theme was "Princess, Daughter of a King!" Each ward was a different princess. Our ward was Cinderella! We had several crafts, devotionals, midnight tea parties, etc! It was a lot of fun here are just a few pictures!




Bear Lake with the EDDIES!
We had the opportunity to stay at my sister in law's grandparents in Bear Lake! It was beautiful! We had so much fun! The weather was beautiful! We rode the jet skis all around,played in the sand, and went tubing! My brother in law dumped me like 4 times!!! I was having a blast but the water kept sucking me under! My brother in law Sam got some awesome footage of my wipe outs and I kept losing my swimsuit bottoms! SCARY!!! HAHA! We later stopped for the FAMOUS RASPBERRY SHAKES because it was Garden City's Raspberry Days!! It was a lot of fun and we really enjoyed spending time with the fam!!




THE DEER!
Well I think these pictures explain it all, but just for those of you who don't know...on our way home from the family trip to Bear Lake as I was snoozing in the back seat I woke up to a huge crash noise! I thought we had hit another car! We then did about 3 swirves and thought I we were going to roll while my head kept banging the side window. I awoke to my father in law straightening us out! We had hit a huge deer and it was so loud! It bent the car above the wheel which caused us to start swirving. Anyhow....we made it! With the help of the guy following behind and many silent prayers we are all okay. It is a miracle that we weren't injured, no air bags deployed which would have made us wreck , etc! I am so grateful that my father in law handled it wonderfully! Apparently when you hit a deer going 77 on the freeway nothing is left except guts!




Our AMAZINGLY BAD LUCK!!!!
Well during our softball game this past Monday there was a wind storm that came out of no where for about 5 minutes...then it was nice weather again....WELL!!!! wee finished our game and several team members said, "You need to come look at your truck!" And this is what we saw!!!!





I WAS SO SHOCKED! It was funny but I couldn't believe the odds! It was so heavy that 4 men couldn't move it...so needless to say several hundred scratches later....we got out of there by driving quickly! Strange that no other trees were harmed...but we parked in a great spot!!!! They say bad things happen in 3's
what next!!! Please nothing too terrible....a dead deer, a tree crashing on a truck, ?????

NEEDLESS TO SAY....I HAVEN'T HAD TOO MUCH TIME TO BLOG...NOW WE ARE CAUGHT UP!!
